I have always had an interest in film and have had the urge to tell stories through any creative medium I could. After much experimenting, in 2006 (at age 12) I started a small production group with my friends. We expanded quite a bit in that time and tried our hands at several forms of filmmaking. Working in animation, series, sketch comedy and short films in several different genres.
As time went on, my interest only grew and with that I was becoming more independent with my work until finally in 2012 we disbanded. After working on my own for a couple years, I joined up with Jamie Zin and Christopher Strong to make Illumination Cinema.
In the years before forming I.C., I wrote and directed 4 short films (ZERO G, MONSTERS IN THE CLOSET, MARRIAGE and THE LEGEND OF DANIEL) as well as a multitude of sketch comedy videos. A lot of my early work has been lost. But what is left can be found on this website. A list of every video can be found here.
Once we started Illumination Cinema, I created an animated mini-series called BRIMSTONE TERRACE that ran for 6 episodes. In 2016, I released my first feature film, LIVING AFTER MIDNIGHT.
As of 2018, I am in the middle of directing my second feature film, LEFT HOOK, as well as writing and producing films with my colleagues and co-hosting a film criticism podcast called the "Illumination Cinema Movie Podcast".
